1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on tk678 or accessing any part of our website at tk678.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and tk678. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our platform.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on tk678. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. To open a tk678 account, you must:

• Complete the registration form at tk678.vip with truthful information and select a secure password for your account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with any third party. tk678 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notify tk678 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

tk678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or abuse of the platform is detected. In such cases, tk678 may retain any funds associated with the account pending an internal investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tk678 supports a range of secure local payment methods tailored for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. tk678 does not support third-party withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tk678's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that user into their tk678 account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
